I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly amazing experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of Japanese restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel provided a grocery shopping service and had shops and commercial services nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering an airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The cozy sitting area and dining table added to the comfort of the room. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided, as well as the washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We loved the central location of the apartment, which allowed us to easily walk to the shopping center, old town, and two major department stores. The apartment was clean and had a fresh smell throughout our stay. It had all the necessary amenities, including a toaster, oven, and basic cooking utensils. We appreciated the nearby train station and the convenience of having a supermarket close by, where we could easily find everything we needed. The apartment manager, Terance, was very helpful and easy to reach via communication.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Spacious room with kitchen, reading room, and wifi. Lots of windows for good sunlight. Close to a supermarket for convenience. Clean bedroom with comfortable bed. Large parking area across the street.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in between two major department stores and close to the center train station. This made it very convenient for me as a business traveler. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a nice television with a great choice of movies/series. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was amazing.
That there was no view from the apartment, but considering the convenient location and the overall comfort of the room, it was a minor issue.
